I woke up this morning and could feel winter. A cold in the head and a wet sleety day outside made me think I needed a new scarf. I raced out and bought some black velvet before going to a friend's place for a big sunday roast. Nice.
Came home, cut, sewed.
A patchwork of three designs backed with black velvet. Very pleased!

Love the scarf. I have one very similar sitting in my to do pile since last year!!

This is great - I'm afraid to cut my fabric. It's too pretty! And then if I use it, and think of something later, I won't have anymore. So....for now.....I just stare at it! :)
